To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and — if you give one — an email address. That is all an order needs, and we do not ask for more.

Online payments are handled by our payment gateway. Card and UPI details are entered on their systems and never reach ours; we store only a reference to the transaction.

We record anonymous page-performance timings to find slow pages. These carry no personal data and no advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except where we are required to keep order and tax records.
